Lemon pie

Delicious Lemon Pie for dessert after the family meal.

 

 

 

Ingredients:

Pasta:

1 packet (200gr.) Of cornstarch biscuit
1/2 cup melted butter
Filling:

300 ml. of milk
6 tablespoons of sugar
2 spoons of butter
2 gems
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Grated peel of 2 lemons
Juice of 1 ½ lemon
Sigh:

2 egg whites
6 tablespoons of sugar
½ lemon juice
Mix the dough ingredients. Line a removable pan and bake at medium temperature. Let cool and set aside.

Filling:

Beat the egg yolks, sugar, milk and cornstarch in a blender;
Cook over low heat. Remove from heat and add butter and juice and lemon peel. Let cool and place over the dough.
Sigh:

Beat the egg whites, add the sugar and lemon juice, beat very well until you get a very firm breath. With a pastry bag, arrange the sigh over the lemon cream. Take to brown.
